The application period for the Household Renewable Energy Scheme has now closed.
More than 4500 applications have been received for the HRES rebate. To allow all potential recipients of the rebate to apply the closing date for applications was extended to 18 September 2009. This has delayed finalisation of the program and the amounts each customer will receive.
The scheme has now closed and the Sustainable Energy Development Office is processing applications. Successful applicants will be notified by mail of the payment amount and payment schedule shortly.
An indication of the amount that system owners may receive is provided in the table below. Please note that the figures provided are indicative only, and that the actual amount is likely to vary from the figures provided.
